Gannon
In Loving Memory of Gannon
Gannon was a very special boy to all of us, and his unexpected passing on August 23, 2026, has left a hole in our hearts that can never be filled.
Gannon, you brought me so much joy and comfort during some of the darkest times of my life. Your quirky sense of humor, your loving spirit, and the way you gave your whole heart to those you loved were truly one of a kind. You had a way of bringing light into our lives simply by being you.
Even when you began to drift away from us, you were never alone. All of the people who loved you were there, surrounding you with the same love and devotion you had given us so freely.
I know in my heart that all dogs go to heaven. Run free now, my sweet baby boy. I’m sure your brother was right there waiting to greet you, and I hope you’re both running together again, happy and free.
Thank you for every moment, every laugh, every bit of love, and every memory you gave me. You will always have a special place in my heart, and I will carry you with me until the day we meet again.
I love you, Gannon.
Forever your, Daddy

Belle
Belle came to us in 2011 as a foster dog. We knew right away that we would adopt her because she fit in so well with our other dogs. She was the glue to our dog pack...motherly, playful, and friend to all. She was shy with others but showed her love enthusiastically for her family. Belle loved Nyla bones, naps on the back porch couch, weekends in Oriental on the boat, and adventures in the woods with her dog siblings. She was a good girl, and she ended her life a sweet, old lady. She was a fighter and survived 7 years with congestive heart failure. She had an indomitable spirit and a fierce will to live. Belle was much loved and is dearly missed.

Sonny
Our hearts are heavy as we say goodbye unexpectedly to a beloved member of our family, Sonny
On July 4, 2026, at 3:30 a.m., Sonny crossed the Rainbow Bridge, leaving behind countless memories and a love that can never be replaced.
To many, dogs are pets. To those who have loved one, they are family. They become part of our daily routines, our greatest adventures, our quiet moments, and our happiest memories.
They greet us with unwavering loyalty, love us without conditions, and somehow always know exactly when we need them most. Their time with us is never long enough, yet the impact they leave on our lives lasts forever.
Sonny lived life exactly as a Labrador Retriever should. He loved swimming, running, exploring, and embracing every day with enthusiasm and joy. Whether chasing after a ball, splashing through the water, or simply being by our side, he reminded us to appreciate life's simple moments.
The silence left behind is difficult to describe, but so is the gratitude we feel for having shared our lives with him. Sonny wasn't "just a dog." He was a loyal companion, a faithful friend, and a cherished member of our family. His paw prints will remain on our hearts.
It lives on in every memory, every photograph, and every story that makes us smile through our tears.
Run free, Sonny. Swim in endless waters, chase every ball, and enjoy every open field until we meet again.

Anastasia
May 1, 2015
November 26, 2024
AKA. The Pooch, Poochie,
Fuzz Ball....
She is beautiful and a Good Girl! The best puppy EVER!
Anastasia rescued me when she was only 6 months old. She was abandoned and was so happy to come home with me! Born in Texas, Anastasia is Texan through and though. She loved going to El Tapatio in Wakefield for chips and the staff loved her, and always kept her water filled.
Anastasia, a
Certified Emotional Support Animal. Did her job to the finest level of perfection.
Anastasia was a STAR as we drove down the road with the convertible top down. Many times resting her head on the top of the windshield as we travelled at normal speed.
Everyone at red lights would ask to take her picture. She knew everywhere we went, we were in a parade; And the parade was for her!
She drove with me from Texas to Wake Forest five (5) times. Generally only stopping for gas and potty breaks. She is the Best!
Anastasia was the most laid back husky you would ever meet. Always by my side. She always wanted to be a mama but (by law was spayed) could not be. She was very gentle to little ones but had 100lb Boxer, friend Trigger, that she would exchange body slams with. She was a good girl! Anastasia was the FASTEST of any at Flaherty Dog Park. She resembled a Wolfe running in the wild and was beautiful doing it! She will be missed!
Anastasia loved cheese, eggs, chicken, steak and ham. She was always next to me in the kitchen, and any other room I happened to be in longer than two seconds.
She only wanted pets and lovin'!
Anastasia, I Loved you your ENTIRE LIFE!
ANASTASIA, I will miss you the entire REST of mine!

Budders
Our three legged charmer who joined us mid life but full of curiosity and energy. He became my wife's little buddy, my shadow - the constant companion who kept me company through COVID as I worked from home and he was our late pet Sydney the Chow's best friend. We will miss you every day our dear Budders.

Lucille
When you were a puppy you were the outcast of the litter, and there was talks of getting rid of you. Maybe at the same time me being an 18 year old i felt the same. We became soulmates instantly. MY first animal. I named you Lucille after your red hair. You copied my personality completely, regrettably so in some cases. You were a constant source of innocence in my world and help temper a lot of my bad traits. Now that we are here i see now how much you shaped me. For a dog that copied me you sure did change me in a lot of ways. You were my perfect soulmate. You saved my life a long time ago. Any of my accomplishments are now yours by extension. Even now after you are gone i feel your presence urging me to change even more. This grief as much as it hurts might be your crowning achievement. You were so important. I hope you are enjoying being free chasing cats. Just don't bark too much till i get there. I love you Lucille dog, and your pretty white puppy dog toes.

Gallagher
Gallagher came into our lives as an older dog and, in an instant, stole our hearts. Born around 2011 and adopted by us on April 27, 2019, he claimed every corner of the house with the quiet confidence of one who knew he belonged. He was a charming little thief, a relentless bunny hunter, and utterly convinced he was the true owner of the place.
He loved only his two human servants—us—fiercely and without reservation: a steady presence at our feet, a warm nudge when we needed it, and always ready for cuddles. Our little old boy crossed the rainbow bridge on January 17, 2026. The house feels unbearably quieter without his mischief, and our days are missing the small, steady joy he gave us. We wish we had met him sooner, but we are so grateful for every moment we had. We like to think he’s out there now, chasing bunnies in the sky, and we will miss him always

Gizmo
In Memory of Gizmo
February 20, 2010 – February 17, 2026
Our sweetest boy. Our little adventurer.
For 16 beautiful years, Gizmo filled our lives with unconditional love, protection, and the purest joy. From his happy dances to his backyard explorations, he brought laughter into our home and warmth into our hearts every single day.
He wasn’t just a dog — he was family. A gentle soul. A protector. A best friend.
He watched over us so faithfully, always alert, always caring. And now, we imagine him beside Grandma, helping her keep watch over all the grandkids — still protecting, still loving, just from heaven instead.
Thank you, Gizmo, for your loyalty, your cuddles, and the safety you gave us.
Run free, our angel. Chase the sunshine. Dig all the holes you want. Dance among the clouds.
You will forever be in our hearts and always part of our family.
Sonny
Jordan
Our family would like to thank the good Lord with blessing us with 12 years of our beloved Jordan. Jordan was the runt of the litter of a mother who was a Shepard and a father who was a Rottweiler. He had the warm disposition of a Shepard and brought many years of joy, companionship, and conditional love and loyalty to our family. We will miss him dearly but will always carry his memory. Sleep well my dear prince.
Thank you for taking care of Mia. She was the sweetest girl and we miss her terribly. We were impressed with the Keepsake Package we received and glad she is home!
